Yu Darvish Mania!!
Here are some of the signs from fans that came to watch Yu Darvish pitch in his first MLB game. Some even came all the way from Japan to see him!!
I love the body suit of Yu’s face that guy is wearing!!
It Started Off Rough For Yu, But Yu Came Back and Yu Did Good Darvish!!
Last night I was at the game to witness the Japanese Phenom Yu Darvish pitch in his first Major League game as a Texas Ranger.
It started off pretty rough for Darvish in the first couple of innings as the Seattle Mariners and Yu’s arch nemesis Ichiro Suzuki got up on a 5-2 lead. But after a couple of innings his teammates decided to help Yu get his first win and their bats came alive. With homers from Nelson Cruz, Mitch Moreland and Ian Kinsler , it helped settle down Darvish as he struck out 5 batters in his first game and got the win!!
I have to say I like Yu Darvish and I can’t wait to see how he settles in and starts lighting it up!!

The Texas Rangers Bashed Their Way Back To The World Series!!!
A few hours ago in Arlington, Texas the Texas Rangers got the final win of the series against the Detroit Tigers to clinch another shot at the World Series for the second year in a row!
After the Tigers got up on the Rangers 2-0 in the first two innings the Rangers came back with a fury knocking in nine runs in the third inning making 9-2. The inning lasted over 30 minutes as 13 batters came to the plate to help get the 9 runs. (To See The Rangers 9-Run Inning, Click Here)
Michael Young had two 2-run doubles in the game and not wanting Nelson Cruz to be the only one to hit a homerun for the Rangers in this series he decided to crank one out to center later in the game. In the same inning though Cruz came up to bat and he also knocked out a homerun.
Nelson Cruz has been a beast through this entire series cranking out homeruns left and right. Hopefully it carries over to the World Series.
The final score was 15-5 and the Rangers won the best of 7 series 4-2
Congratulations to the Texas Rangers organization and all of the players. The organization deserves a World Series and I believe they will get this time around. Nolan Ryan, John Daniels and the rest of the people in charge have done an outstanding job with this team since they purchased the team.
Lookout Milwaukee or St. louis, the Texas Rangers are hungry like the Dallas Mavericks were this year in their second go around.
Keep up the hard work and go get you a World Series Championship!!!!
LET”S GO RANGERS!!!!
Why Can The Rangers Lose The Big One, But The Mavs Can’t?
I’ve been hearing how everybody is down on the Mavericks and even though they are up 2-0 in their playoff series with the Portland Trailblazers many believe if the Mavs lose tonight it will be the beginning of the end for their playoff run.
It got me to thinking about the comparison of the Mavs and the Texas Rangers. It seems like since the Mavericks lost to the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals all of their fans have turned against them. I feel that the team has been wronged by the fans because if you look at it the team has been playing awesome basketball and winning over 50 games a season for the past 11 seasons. They have always been in the playoffs during that time and they even made it to the finals. Granted they didn’t win the title but hey they made it there which is something the team has never done before and the teams before that completely sucked ass, that is what brings me to the Texas Rangers.
The Texas Rangers for most of their existence have been a very bad or mediocre team until the past couple years. They made it past the Yankees last year finally and went on to lose to the San Francisco Giants in the World Series. Now I am wondering why the feelings are different for them. I mean they made it to the World Series and lost just as the Mavericks made it to the NBA Finals and lost. Everybody is still celebrating the Rangers and they have even more fans now than ever, as for the Mavericks it is completely the opposite. The Mav fans seemed like maybe they are spoiled and are entitled to a championship and they just aren’t happy with really good seasons and playoff appearances. For some reason it’s ok for it to be that way with the Rangers. Why?
Now I am a die-hard fan of both teams but I am just happy with both teams making it to the big game. That was a huge step from where they came from. I think Mav fans should be happy and keep supporting the team, it will piss me off to see all the fans come back if they do win the championship this year and say shit like “oh I’ve always been a fan and I knew they could do it”, whatever bitch you turned your back on them until now!!!
I can understand Cowboys fans, Yankees fan and Red Sox fans being spoiled and feeling entitled because it is something they are used too. But the Mavs fans need to get over that shit and enjoy the great basketball they are playing. I expect big things from the Mavs in the playoffs and I expect big things from the Rangers this year but even if they fail I am not gonna turn my back on either. Hope no one else does either. If you do your just a jackass who isn’t a real sports fan!!
You Need To Be Watching This Game!!
If you are not watching the Rangers and Angels game right now you are just an idiot!!!
Right now the Rangers are up 6-0. It got started with Moreland knocking in two runs on a single putting them up 2-0. Then Chris Davis struck out for the second time to end the inning. (By the way can we please get rid of him? Trade him for a six pack of Bud Light!!)
When the Rangers came up to bat again Kinsler started it off with a lead off triple and then Elvis Andrus pulled off the Rangers first suicide squeeze bunt of the season to score Kinsler. In the same inning Adrian Beltre belts a big homer to put the Rangers up 6-0!!
Like I said this is a great game for the Rangers, so all you Ranger fans need to be tuned in on the TV or listening on the radio!!
Let’s Go Rangers!!! CLAW!!!
